Zubera™ is owned and managed by Zubera Digital Technologies Private Limited for distribution of mutual funds by FinDynamics Wealth Private Limited, a Company registered as mutual funds distributor with AMFI Regn No. ARN-188741 having registered office at 477B/4, Kaveri Plaza, Salem Road, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu – 637002.
Insurance Broker Services are provided by Findynamics Insurance Brokers Private Limited, a Company registered as Direct Broker (Life & General) with registration No.: 1059 valid until 28.04.2028 having registered office at No.766/1, Shakti Towers-1, Ground Floor, Anna Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, 600002. FinDynamics Wealth Private Limited and by FinDynamics Insurance Marketing Private Limited are hereinafter collectively referred to as "affiliates" or "affiliate companies".
